Clear before you inquire
This page explains the practical basics: what an inquiry means, what information to share, and when a date is actually booked.
Sending the inquiry form starts a conversation. It does not hold a date, create a contract, or take payment.
Lockd Media uses the details you provide to check fit and availability, prepare a quote, and reply using your selected contact method. Inquiry submissions are delivered through a form-processing service.
Share only the details needed to discuss your project. Do not include financial information, medical information, account passwords, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information.
For youth sports, a parent or guardian should be the contact for an athlete under 18.
A date is confirmed only after the scope, price, and payment terms are agreed in writing. Travel, turnaround, usage, delivery, and any add-ons are confirmed for each project before the shoot.
The Powerlifting Photo Package is purchased directly through Stripe and is available only for a meet where Lockd Media is the official meet photographer. It is not valid for a meet Lockd Media is not covering. Checkout collects the purchaser’s email and name, plus the athlete name and meet name and date, so Lockd Media can plan coverage and deliver the gallery.
Lockd Media guarantees delivery of the edited Powerlifting Photo Package gallery within two weeks of the meet.
You may cancel at least 48 hours before the meet for a full refund. If the meet is cancelled, you receive a full refund. If the meet is rescheduled and either you or Lockd Media cannot attend the new date, you receive a full refund. A package purchased for a meet Lockd Media is not covering will also be fully refunded. Except for those situations, purchases made within 48 hours of the meet are nonrefundable.
